Dr. Tangul Hincal is a results-oriented economist, communications strategist, and multidisciplinary consultant with over 25 years of experience at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. She specializes in strategic management, business development, sustainability, finance, and corporate communications, helping organizations identify growth opportunities, build high-value partnerships, and develop innovative, long-term strategies.

As the Founder and Director of Harmony Communication & Learning Consultancy (Harmony CLC), Dr. Hincal advises companies on strategy on finance and sustainability, leadership, communication, and organizational transformation. She also designs and delivers lifelong learning and personal development coaching programmes that empower individuals to build future-ready skills, unlock their potential, and navigate personal and professional change with confidence.
